In order to participate in BVDH EQA tests you need to register as a user. Please use the appropriate item in the navigation bar.
During registration you will be asked to specify whether you would like to participate as assessor, participant or both. This information is required for the EQA supervisor to select appropriate assessors from the pool that will support the assessment of the EQA test. In case you are selected, you will be notified in due course.
Login name and password: Please enter a concise login name and a password. Please keep this information safe.
Participants from outside Germany are asked to provide a VAT Registration Number in order to remit VAT.
After submitting the relevant information, you will be assigned a laboratory ID by the administration office, and your account will be activated. This will take approximately 1-2 working days.
After login, there is a menu item EQA tests - ongoing that will display all EQA tests currently available. Please select the appropriate button in column Info. This will give you information provided by the EQA supervisor.
Column Activity gives you access to the EQA form. Here, it is possible to answer questions regarding the EQA test, to upload documents as PDF-files, or to upload images (Metaphase, Karyogram) as JPG-files.
At the bottom of the page you will find the option to cancel, save, or submit.
Cancel will end the activity without saving your data.
Save temporarily stores your data and you will still be able to edit the files.
Submit will add your files to the database for review. You will no longer be able to edit your files.
Column Status will give you information about what stage the EQA test is in:
Planned: An announcement
Registering: It is possible to participate in this EQA test
Reviewing: The EQA test is under review
As soon as an EQA test is complete it will be labelled as EQA tests - completed.
Final reports and your individual assessment results will be made available online and can be accessed via the menu item EQA tests - Completed.
